UPDATE 12 December, 2015 - A third Social Security number, unmentioned either in a statement attributed to Osborne by the

FBI, or associated with the actual John Howard Bowen's death certificate. In 1955, someone named John H. Bowen applied for SS benefits
three times, using three different SS numbers, and the FBI investigation of late 1963, early 1964 missed all of these details.
